Our Job is to:

  • Hold open houses, host showings, and develop/distribute digital and print marketing materials to net maximum exposure of your property to a wide cross-section of potential buyers
  • Coordinate and accompany inspections, appraisals, and more
  • Instruct clients on best practices for selling success
  • Prepare legal documents including listings and sales contracts
  • Provide legal, economic and market advice to prospective clients
  • Liaise between lenders, home inspectors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys during sale pending period
  • Ensure terms and conditions of agreements are met
  • Maintain great communication with clients, building relationships to encourage returning business
  • Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
  • Analyze market trends to determine competitive market prices
