He was available whenever we needed him just a text away. I had other questions that were beyond his job that I needed help with and he was always available to help or give me contact information for who I needed to talk. He honestly was the best realtor I've ever worked with and I told him I couldn't wait to give him a glowing review to help others find him. For Thanksgiving, he dropped off a pie on our doorstep with a card. He has sent Holiday cards and email invites to movies, concerts, and events that his team puts on for his past and current customers. That is just the type of person he is and it's so sweet and you can tell he cares. When we bought the house we talked about the remodeling we wanted to do. Nate still checks in with us and asks about the status of the house. I highly recommend Nate and I trust his judgments. There were a couple of houses that were more expensive than the one we bought but needed more work and he was so honest and flat out said he doesn't think it was worth it. You can tell he is not in it just for the commission but he actually wants to help you find your dream home. He made sure we knew the work that the houses needed and he always got right down into looking at the furnace, water tank, and roof and tried to help us and give us as much information he could find. We have never had a realtor that got right down and dirty with us laying on the floor looking at basements and such. Trust me, you will be very happy to work with Nate!
Nathan was recommended to me by a friend and has been excellent to work with! Every step of the way during our move to the Rochester area, Nathan has been available, dependable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. He was an integral part of helping us filter through rentals in the area when we were living in Boston and travel was impossible due to the pandemic. We kept in touch over the year, and when our focus shifted to buying a house, he was extremely effective in helping us find our home and was always just a text, email or phone call away for whatever questions we had. Nate and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond for us by both selling our home and purchasing a new home. We have had the pleasure of working with Nate for about 8 years. He is extremely patient, kind, and giving. Not only did he keep in contact with us between home sales, but he also ensures we got together at least once a year whether it was for thanksgiving pie pickup or an ice cream social. After Nathan showed me several homes in a fast moving market, I realized I wasn’t up to making such a quick decision to buy a house. My focus switched to the new construction where negotiation is not part of the process. Nathan took me to different subdivisions where I met various builders. He stepped back and allowed the builders to speak for themselves where they either rose to the occasion or showed their skepticism with respect to an older, single, woman (widow) building a new home in a new to her area.
